Powered by Black Talent.

Leading with Equity,

We are transforming the future of federal hiring by building a dynamic, diverse political and public policy talent pipeline—empowering leaders through the identification, recruitment, training, and placement of qualified Black candidates for roles in the 119th Congress, State & Local Government, and private sector.

How It Works:

GovernForward is open to Black policy and political professionals at various stages of their careers, including mid-career and executive-level professionals. We also welcome individuals who are interested in policy but may not know how to get started.

  4. How does GovernForward support diversity in government?
GovernForward directly addresses the underrepresentation of Black professionals in federal government by creating visibility for emerging talent and connecting them with decision-makers. Our platform is committed to achieving the diversity goals of the Biden-Harris Administration and future administrations.
